Idea number 1: Sikh History- What happened in 1984

Content-
My project is going to be about the Sikh genocide that took place in 1984 and what happened then and who was to blame for the Sikh genocide and what the outcome was. The medium I am going to use to present my work is TV as I think it would be most appropriate because the documentary is going to be quiet visual and it would be more effective.

Purpose-
The reason i am going to make this documentary is to educate and inform the audience about one of the biggest recent Sikh genocides.

Audience-
The target audience i am trying to aim is from 16-26 year old of all ethnicity's and religions as they are the people who are most likely to not know anything. It is going to be for males and females as this topics is for both. The hobbies and interest of the target audience is that they are interested to hide out about history and religion.

Style and Form-
The mode of address is going to be in is formal as this is a serious topic and it would be more effective to the audience and i am going to use both voice-overs and presenters to make it even more effective. The music i am going to be using will add to the effect of the topic. There is quite a few documentaries about this topics that already exist such as this one:

I am going to use graphics for the peoples names.

Technology-
I am going to need a video camera and tripod to film all of my shots and a microphone so the sound is clear. For editing all my shots and making the documentary i am going to need a computer. I am going to need to use the studio for this.
